Creating and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards, processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices and tax payments are just a few of the responsibilities of a bookkeeper’s job. They also work closely with our Accounting team.
To keep track of our financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, we are searching for a qualified bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper’s primary duties are to accurately record the daily financial transactions of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of daily money transactions and finish publishing.
- Make sure that transactions are accurately documented in the right day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Obtain trial balance for the books.
- Check the posting procedure in part.
- Create reports and financial statements, enter data, and keep records.
- Payroll should be handled promptly, as should accounts payable and receivable processing.
Requirements and Skills:
- BBA in Accounting or Finance.
- Reputable bookkeeping background.
- A strong foundation in the fundamentals of payable/receivable accounting.
- A track record of successfully calculating, posting, and managing accounting data and financial records.
- Having a knack for data entry and statistics.
- Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and specialized software.
- English and Microsoft Office expertise.
- Negotiation expertise and a focus on customer service.
- High level of precision and care for details.
