Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Remote Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, such as a strong technical background, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and so far chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and also networking
- Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team members
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong technical skills in software, hardware, and also networking
- Experience providing technical support to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and also verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, such as weekends and holidays
