Job Title: Company Formation Service Manager
Job Purpose:
The Company Formation Service Manager will manage and lead the company formation services team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality services to clients. They will manage all aspects of the company formation process, ensure compliance with all legal requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the company services team, basically ensuring that all team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing to the required standards
- Ensuring that all company formation services are delivered to legal requirements and industry best practices
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes that may affect company formation services
- Providing guidance and advice to clients on the formation process, legal requirements, and also compliance matters
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and still effectiveness of the company formation services team
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the company services team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensuring that all client information is kept confidential and also secure
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- In-depth knowledge of company formation services, legal and also regulatory requirements, and compliance matters
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at first, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, additionally with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
- X hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
