Job Title: Accounts manager
Job Purpose:
To build enduring, reliable connections with our clients, we are looking for an account manager. The responsibilities of an account manager include managing a portfolio of designated clients, generating new business from current clients, and aggressively looking for new sales prospects.
Account Manager Job Duties:
- Develop client account sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- serves as allocated customers’ primary point of contact.
- builds and keeps long-term connections with accounts
- ensures that consumers receive the goods and services they have ordered in a timely manner
- informs employer company about the requirements and needs of clients.
- forecasts and monitors metrics for customer accounts

Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in account management, knowledge of client-centered solutions, project management abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate client needs to staff Ability to sway client management, the capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects and relationships, Skills in negotiations, listening, communication, presentation, and time management, BA/BS Degree
Working Conditions:
- From Saturday to Thursday, you’ll be at work.
- Regular business hours are from nine to six (lunch hour provided).
- You must attend the office.
- Lunch on the house, unlimited snacks, and tea.
